Finding quality long-term care can be difficult.
Especially if you don't know what to look for.

 

The Ombudsman Program publishes a Long-term care consumer guide.  It includes helpful consumer information and a listing of facilities in the Barren River Area. This helpful book contains approximately 50 pages and is  free to persons seeking information about Long Term care options in the Barren River Area Development District.  Copies are available at the Ombudsman's Office at 1700 Destiny Ln Bowling Green, KY 42104.  One free copy can be mailed to you.  To request a free copy by mail call 1-800-355-7580.  Or make your request by email to twhitaker@klaid.org
